Searching the Database
To choose a Facilitator please use the filters below to select your search criteria from the drop-down menus and click on ‘Show List’.

To browse the full list of Accredited Facilitators, please select ‘Accredited Facilitator’ from the first filter and click on ‘Show List’.

Alternatively, if you know the first name, surname or organisation where the Facilitator works, please enter one or more of these search criteria into the relevant text boxes and click on ‘Show List’.

By clicking on ‘View Details’ next door to the Facilitator’s name, you can access their contact and biographical details.

You can also search for Accredited Trainers who are both trained to provide feedback in the tool and are entitled to train others to provide feedback. Choose ‘Accredited Trainer’ from the first filter to search for a Trainer. You must contact Trainers directly to find out whether they are running any sessions in your area and whether you are eligible to attend. All sessions will be run at local level and at the sponsoring organisations discretion. Alternatively contact your SHA Leadership Lead for more information.

Remember, you must contact your chosen Facilitator/Trainer directly to ask if they are happy to provide you with your feedback before you undertake the 360-degree process.
