In awarding this prize the judges commented that the Quality Customer Relationships™ blended learning training program was "the exemplar for" and "Best Practice in" training design.
At the annual AITD-NSW Division Training Design Awards held at the Wentworth Hotel on Friday 12 June 1996, Alan and Christine Rands, of Impact Learning, were awarded the Category 2 HIGH DISTINCTION award for their blended learnign training program Quality Customer Relationships.
Only two awards are presented each year, being the High Distinction Award for Category 1 - programs designed by internal staff and the High Distinction Award for Category 2 - programs designed by external consultants.
