Writing Effective Performance Plans is used as a standalone, self-driven, online product for training staff in goal-setting and performance Planning.
Alternatively build this product into a larger training exercise as the start point: deliver the theory online and follow up with personalised skill development workshops.
Facilitators setup and enroll participants in the Blended Learning Program and from then their role becomes that of coach or mentor, adding personalised interaction only if required. Invitation emails are automatically processed by our system to each participant with their personalised login codes, so facilitators need participant lists that include First Name, Surname and Email address for each person to be enrolled. Reminder emails for overdue elements in the curriculum are automatically generated.
Participants complete one online computer facilitated learning module (CFL) and download one checklist for ongoing use in performance planning.
The CFL includes periodic question breaks to test learning. Participants automatically receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the module.
