The brief table below presents each of the six Values themes as expressed in the Workplace Values Instrument, and expressed the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient. Cronbach's alpha was selected because it is a more rigorous method of determining instrument reliability than is either split-half or Kuder-Richardson methods.

|---|---|
| Theoretical | .8025 |
| Economic | .8133 |
| Individualistic | .7675 |

| Political | .7153 |
| Regulatory | .7273 |
