The Research
The Innovation3 models have been developed using early studies in creativity and current research in innovation and has been developed over a number of years working with creative thinking individuals and organisations.
How do I use it?
The Organisation Readiness Indicator is simple to administer.
Once all staff have been uploaded in our system, everything else is automatic.
Staff receive personalised invitation emails, complete the questionnaire online, and are reminded if incomplete according to a schedule agreed with the client.
The results are available online for use by the facilitator and other approved personnel within the organisation. Reports can be drilled down online, no special requests need to be made, it is all part of the service.
The process can be run periodically to be used as a Pulse Survey to assess the success of any interventions to correct initial problems identified.
