The Research

The Organisational Climate Survey™ was developed during our work with a government department. It was piloted, modified and then launched. It has subsequently been further refined based on feedback from a number of clients.

How do I use it?

The comprehensive nature of the Survey, 78 questions in total, suggests that its use is well stage-managed. This kind of major Survey is best conducted on an organisation wide, voluntary basis. Participants need to assured of the confidentiality of their responses and told in advance why the data is being collected, who will be privy to the results, and who is conducting the survey and or analysis.

Online delivery of this kind of survey allows the Consultant to:
