Welcome to Management Skills Inventory - a 360-Degree profile that helps you gain feedback about your management competence.

In order to purchase Management Skills Inventory online, you will be required to register your details on the Management Competency portal. You will then be sent an email from HRworkbench with your personal login details, and instructions for setting up your raters.

It is a good idea to think carefully about who would like to participate in providing you feedback about your Management competence, and to contact these people before registering them on the portal so that they are aware that they will receive an email from support@hrworkbench.com asking them to participate in your 360-Degree profile.

Once logged into the portal you will be required to add the people of your choice to your rater list. Please have your credit card details available, as once you choose to send invitations to your raters, you will then be prompted to enter your credit card details for payment. The cost of this product is $250. Invitations will not be sent to your raters, and you will not receive access to the questionnaire until you have entered your payment details.
