What is the High Performance Team Index™?
The HPTI provides a Do It Yourself Kit for HR consultants or team leaders to analyse team development needs, and then conduct an intensive two day Team Development Workshop focused on priority needs in the areas of:
- Clarity of team goals
- Evaluation of team productivity
- Strength of team operating protocols
- Quality of team relationships
- Appropriateness of team leadership style
- Match of individual team roles with available talents
It has 5 key components:
- A HPTI questionnaire for all team members, which includes questions related to all 6 areas listed above, and the ability to make individual comments on an anonymous basis
- An analytical report which benchmarks questionnaire results against global standards
- A Team Facilitator's Kit to support a 2 day Workshop (includes substantial guidelines and PowerPoint slides)
- A specimen Participant Workbook
- A follow up HPTI questionnaire to be taken 6 months later, to measure progress made against Development Action Plans created in the Workshop
