The Research

The Staff Exit Survey is based on the basic premises of the theories of Maslow's Hierarchy of Need, and Herzberg's Motivations in the Workplace.

We conducted our own research into the types of issues that were concerning our client base and injected this knowledge onto the base framework above.

The recommendations for items of risk have been prepared using our 20 years of experience in solving organisational development problems.

How do I use it?

The Staff Exit Survey is an online survey that can be set up for continuous usage with monthly grouping of data.

Simply add the name of the exiting staff member and have them complete the survey online, for the current month, as part of an exit interview.

Results are continuously available online for selected HR Executives as both a monthly report and as a trend analysis for all months selected. All data is confidential.
