What is Mentoring?
A mentor is a high level of coach who has actually experienced the workplace situations in which the person seeking to be mentored is engaged.
They become a trusted advisor who counsels and becomes the source of wisdom.
The mentor assists the mentee to:

- Reflect on situations both positive and negative as learning experiences
- Analyse potential or hypothetical situations
