Behavioural Profiling Tools



What is it?
Behavioural Profiling Tools give some insight into a person's behaviour in the workplace.

A behaviour is a response to a situation, so workplace behaviour is someone's response to something that happens at work.The behaviour could be to:

  • Think a particular way
  • Act in a particular way

Behavioural profiling reveals how the person may react to a given situation or environmental stimulant.
