Active Profiles
What is it?
The purpose of any personal assessment is to have the person assessed make decisions about themselves and take action to change the things that they want to improve.
Most personal assessment tools describe the person in terms of the topical theory, but provide little insight into how this theory can be applied to a variety of situations in the workplace.
HRworkbench® has teamed up with Dr. Russell Watson to produce a range of behavioural questionnaires that are branded under the ActiveProfiles label.

Best Practice
HRworkbench® recommends that these tools be used as part of a facilitated process by a consultant who can provide counselling to assist the person assessed see the assessment in context of their workplace.
