  • Design and use multiple sets of competencies/measures concurrently (eg leadership, supervisory, management)

  • Use the one database for all sets of competencies

  • Allow more than one question to add to the score for any one element

  • Control the number and type of anchors to questions (High-Medium-Low; Very Important- Somewhat Important- Not Important- Not Applicable etc); and allow different anchors for each question (Maximum 10 anchors allowed). Different questionnaires can have different numbers of anchors
  • Add your own standard deviations and averages (norms), if required, to calculate norms against which to represent the results
  • Restrict access to Questionnaires via a Password five-level security system
  • Use restricted access rights to devolve some administration (ie matching of raters and ratees to line management or the ratee)
  • Switch global flags to allow local printing of reports after first assessment sessions
  • Control vocabulary of the system to match your organisational culture (ie rename Unit/Element to KPA/Behaviours or rename Location to Branch etc)
  • Design your own development notes and references to accompany the individual performance reports which link feedback to a development plan
  • Set a minimum number of responses before a profile is considered complete (these profiles can be individually set for each questionnaire)
  • Use Report Generator to conduct Data Mining and produce customised reports of Survey Data
  • Script your own introduction screens
  • Behavioural Anchors - allows format as BARS (Behavioural Anchored Rating System). Full description of each anchor to show what is expected at that level with no limit to text size.
  • Unit Descriptors - an extra field to allow for a full description of the unit of competence or just use this as a text field to describe your expectations of the respondent
  • Allows "N/A" as response (ie. previously non-answer was equated to N/A, now N/A can be one of the response anchors - 1:N/A; 2: Poor; 3: 4; 5: Average; 6; 7; 8: Optimum)
  • Allows reversing of anchors (ie. 5 = lowest 1 = highest or vice versa)
  • Allows re-naming of anchors (ie. first anchor is -1 or 0)
  • View all rater/ratee combinations for an individual (ie. who is Bob Smith scheduled to rate and who is scheduled to rate him)
  • Allows display of pictures or lists on split screen with each question to allow object based questions
  • Question formats include: Normal (Likert), Open, Multiple Choice, Forced Choice, Allocate Percent, Rank, Least-Most, Demographic validation
  • Report Generator: For Surveys, specify your own report parameters
  • Choose from a number of Graph presentations and Report formats
  • Script your own email text online
  • Online Data Entry allows for Pen and Paper questionnaires for those staff members who do not have access to the Internet
  • Allocate your own demographics. Make demographics specific to a questionnaire. Add Demographic questionnaire type to questionnaires to allow online updating of personal demographic data by raters
