Intellectual Property Partners

If you have ever thought that some of your work could be adapted to a wider audience, but never had the resources to make it a reality then this option is for you.

We are growing HRworkbench to become a global marketplace for online HR resources. In order to achieve this we want to work with consultants who have developed and proven their own Intellectual Property. It might be an insight questionnaire, a high-impact learning programme or particular learning and development process that may lend itself well to online deployment. Whichever, we can provide a Platform for consultancies to deliver their own IP on the internet or promote it outside their existing market-place as a methodology for other consultants to deploy.

Associate opportunity for all our partners

Finally, we are building a direct sales force to work with large public and private sector companies that prefer to contract with bigger organisations.

Whilst this channel is in its early stages, we recognise that to offer this service, we will need to develop an extensive cadre of experienced associates. To this end we will be giving consultancies interested in becoming associates the opportunity to register their interest by adding their CV to our Consultant Register .

Initially we are looking for associates with skills in the areas of 360-degree feedback delivery, performance management, team building and negotiation.

At the core of our services is a belief in the combined power of consultancy and technology. Technology alone cannot achieve the types of results for which clients are looking. Consulting, by its very nature, is temporary; technology however can be left behind to embed change. It is the combination of technology with effective consulting that generates the greatest and most lasting impact.

Given this philosophy we are seeking consultants who understand how technology can add value to their work. Because we are not a consulting firm we do this through partnering.

Once you join our Consultants' Resource Network you will become a VAR; meaning Value Added Reseller Become a 'Value Added Reseller' (VAR)

Become a 'Value Added Reseller' (VAR)

Pay as you go

The simplest and easiest way to add value to your consultancy is to access and deploy one of the many off-the-shelf tools we host; tools like The High Performance Team IndexT and The Negotiating AdvantageT.

With no initial upfront costs it couldn't be easier, we simply charge you for use on a pay-as-you-go basis.

However, there is one condition; we ask you to sign a VAR contract. This contract is written to protect all our interests - yours, your clients, and ours. For example, it protects your clients from a direct approach from us and protects us from consultants abusing our IP.

Use the HRworkbench platform to host your own questionnaires and surveys

The next level of reseller partnering is putting your own questionnaires and surveys up on the site to use with your own clients. This can work exactly as above - on a pay-for-use basis. There is no cost involved in us hosting your IP for use with your own clients. You also have the choice of asking us to upload the questionnaire or learning how to do this yourself. (Training is available online or in person.)

Extend our complete service to your business

For a consultancy firm that understands the value of online technology and wants to further integrate this into their practice we create a "branded portal". This allows our servers to invoke a process that layers a skin over our complete range in your livery and colour schemes and logos displayed. This effectively makes the whole HRworkbench range appear as an extension of your own website.

As a branded VAR you can also opt for a co-branded portal page which your clients can use to login to our service.

If you want to become a branded VAR we do need to charge some upfront set up fees and a small annual maintenance fee. However, as with other VAR arrangements, from there onwards it's pay-as-you-go.
