Michelle Zenere joins 'the Bench'

It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of Michelle as Manager IDSC of HRworkbench.

Michelle will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management strategy and plans, including resourcing, systems, timescales and financials.

Michelle has 21 years experience in IT management. She was Philips Industries Programmer, Data Analyst and Senior Analyst for 7 years. She worked for Computer Power - NSW & ACT serving as a consultant for 4 years. Michelle worked for Toyota Australia for 11 years as Project Manager, Business Partner, Relationship Manager and Business Solutions Manager.

I am looking forward to the Quality Assurance rigour Michelle will bring to 'the bench'. At this time in our growth it is vital that we ensure that Quality Assurance of our Service Delivery, Systems Design and Applications Programming remains our singular focus.
