HRworkbench Goes Public

HRworkbench (International) Ltd was registered as a public company today. Alan Rands, CEO and Co-Founder of HRworkbench said "HRworkbench is in the process of aggressively expanding its Global presence to capitalise on its latest Talent Management software. Becoming a Public Company will provide the vehicle for capital raising to be undertaken to enable business growth"

The existing shareholders of HRworkbench Pty Ltd have exchanged their equity in HRworkbench Pty Ltd for founding shares in HRworkbench (International) Ltd.

Alan and Christine Rands, founders of HRworkbench Pty Ltd, have assigned their IP rights in all software and branding to HRworkbench (International) Ltd.

Alan Rands co-founder and CEO will become the Chairman of the Board and two new independent directors are being recruited. An announcement of their appointments will be made shortly.

"This is a significant step in our efforts to raise capital in order to expand our marketing efforts internationally" said Mr Rands.
