A Satisfied Customer Becomes our New General Manager Australia New Zealand

It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of Peter Hood as General Manager Australia and New Zealand of HRworkbench. Peter will be responsible for leading all our sales activities and customer relationships in this region and will give us a much needed additional resource to look after your needs.

Peter has recently returned from the UK where he has spent the last seven years. During this period he headed up the Organisational Consulting Division for Right Management, UK. Peter is well known to the HRworkbench team as throughout this period in the UK he has been a valued customer. Our assignments in the UK with Peter and Right Management include one of the largest ongoing 360 degree feedback programs in the UK with the NHS and multi faceted recruitment and online assessment processes with the Ministry of Defence.

Prior to his time in the UK Peter had already built a successful career here in Australia working with Westpac and then the Reddin Consulting Group.

I am really excited about having someone of Peter's quality join us. What it will mean for you is that you will have someone that is dedicated to your success more readily on tap and over the next period of time Peter will be building a new support team in Melbourne to service the local market.

The Newcastle office will remain as our International Development and Support Centre focusing on new products, product and platform enhancements, software customisation, and global delivery processes.

This appointment will also allow me to concentrate more on the global expansion of our business. We have already opened offices in both India and Malaysia in the past year and we are also looking at opportunities in a number of other countries.
