International launch

9th July 2002

HRworkbench announces the international launch of RxSales - The CheckUp for Sales Professionals.

The product launch was held at the Department of State and Regional Development, Grosvenor Place, Sydney, with The CheckUp presented by its developers, Linda and John Stimac.

RxSales is a sales-based expert performance system. Its core assessment tool, The CheckUp, diagnoses relationship selling skills and identifies personal selling skill gaps that need to be addressed. The CheckUp operates on different levels for sales managers and the sales force, and is deployed via the internet for easy access, streamlined processing and instant results.

Australian-based HRworkbench is the preferred online platform for The CheckUp globally.

Whilst HRworkbench makes the product accessible around the world, they are excited to host the international launch of The CheckUp in Australia. HRworkbench CEO and founder, Alan Rands, commented, "The strategic link between US-based RxSales and HRworkbench combines the best sales-specific development tool with the best technology to provide a powerful product with unlimited export potential. We're excited to be part of a project that will have such a significant impact on the global sales industry."

The CheckUp for Sales Professionals was developed based on Linda and John Stimac's many years of experience in sales, marketing and management roles in corporations across the USA. The CheckUp is the result of six years of research, development and fine tuning, making it a unique expert performance system, unmatched in content or diagnosis.

Presenting The CheckUp, Linda described the importance of the medical analogy, stating, "A key audience for the sales-based expert performance system is seasoned sales professionals who already enjoy a significant level of success. When they make improvements, the impact to a company's bottom line is significant. We found that the theme of good health and finding out about early warning signs with a check up of relationship selling skills is a good approach with salespeople.

The medical analogy helps salespeople take action instead of taking their 'lab results' personally. When motivated salespeople learn that hidden weaknesses are preventing them from reaching their full potential, they take action."

Sales teams across the world are expected to take action to achieve their full potential as HR consultants begin using The CheckUp. Judging by the enthusiastic response from the first Australian HR professionals to view the product, The CheckUp is set to become a standard tool used in organisations nationally, filling a need for a diagnostic relationship selling tool that also develops talent and sales leadership.
