HRworkbench is a progressive Hunter based business that provides high-quality, multilingual, Internet-based solutions to the Human Resource Industry globally.

We are seeking the services of a Full-time, Permanent, Client Support Officer to join our International Development and Support Centre (IDSC) in Hamilton, NSW. The successful applicant will be the front-line contact for the organisation and be responsible for responding to and the monitoring of, support requests logged into our support system progressively during the day; implement questionnaire-based projects; test performance and quality of software or enhancements and answer questions from clients on the operation of the system. Full-training in our system will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has strong work ethics along with a deeply committed attitude towards providing the “best of the best” in professional service.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following behaviours and skills:

  • High level of problem solving skills and initiative
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC skills in Microsoft office particular Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to articulate well
  • Commitment to customer-focused service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills; ability to prioritise
  • Able to work under time pressures and maintain quality
  • Able to work within a team but also without direct supervision
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
