Virtual Facilitator steps the Ratee through the same process that a trained Feedback Facilitator would use in a one-on-one feedback session, in their own time, at a location to suit them.
There are five major elements to this process:
- Introduction to 360-degree reports and typical scoring patterns
- Step-by-step examination of a ‘Sample’ report
- Step-by-step examination of own individual report
- Individual Development Plan
- Download of own report using client specific report format if appropriate.
Virtual Facilitator will suit organisations that:
- Want to offer 360 to many numbers of staff such that normal facilitator lead feedback would be a very expensive exercise indeed
