Virtual Facilitator steps the Ratee through the same process that a trained Feedback Facilitator would use in a one-on-one feedback session, in their own time, at a location to suit them.

There are five major elements to this process:

  1. Introduction to 360-degree reports and typical scoring patterns
  2. Step-by-step examination of a ‘Sample’ report
  3. Step-by-step examination of own individual report
  4. Individual Development Plan
  5. Download of own report using client specific report format if appropriate.

Virtual Facilitator will suit organisations that:

  1. Want to offer 360 to many numbers of staff such that normal facilitator lead feedback would be a very expensive exercise indeed
  2. Have a happy history with 360 and trust that ratees would be accepting of this kind of feedback delivery
