Paul has been a successful line manager, company director and one of Australia's leading consultants in strategic management and organisational change. He has worked across a diverse range of businesses and industry sectors, and has consulted to large corporations in Australia and overseas for the last 15 years. Paul has worked with international organisations and governments in the UK, South East Asia, Europe & the USA.

His results in transforming organisations are exceptional, and include commercialising semi Government enterprises and re-orienting not-for-profit organisations. He is skilled and practised facilitator, well used to working with Boards, senior executives, employees and unions, and in situations involving turmoil and conflict.

Paul's coaching experience has been developed by coaching staff reporting to him, peers, CEOs, MDs and Boards, over many years. He also mentors and coaches young entrepreneurs who are establishing and growing their own businesses.
