Lyn Montgomery founded STRATEGIC OUTLOOKS in 1992 with the goal of providing outstanding quality in market research for the information technology industry. Prior to setting up the company her career included:

  • Seven years in sales/marketing/business management of customer services in the IT industry
  • Ten years sales/marketing management-pharmaceutical industry

Lyn has a qualification in marketing from the University of NSW, and is an alumna of the Australian Graduate School of Management in the University of NSW. She is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), and has served on various committees and boards of professional associations over the last 14 years.

Since 1992 many of STRATEGIC OUTLOOKS' projects focussed on measuring and monitoring client satisfaction with the performance of their information technology service providers.
